This blog is just another travelogue, about a year living and working in Hong Kong. I am a 2012–2013 Visiting Fulbright Scholar in the office of Education Development and Gateway Education (EDGE) at City University of Hong Kong. My main task at CityU is to help with the implementation of the 3-3-4 reforms—which go into effect in fall 2012—in which Hong Kong is transitioning from a 3-year, British-style higher ed system to a 4-year, American-style system with general education requirements. But I probably won’t write about that too much.
Oh, and by the way: none of this represents the official views of anyone—certainly not the U.S. State Department or the Fulbright Program or City University of Hong Kong—and, frankly, maybe not even me.
Hello there,
I am a teacher at Kowloon Junior School in Hong Kong. A group of students would like to use some of your images for a school based project. Is there any chance that you could give us a email address to contact you with.
Many thanks,
Heather Darling
